Daniel Kelley's highly stylized and memorable work has been showcased worldwide in festivals, theaters and museums. From films to music videos to commercials Daniel's approach is simple yet potent; telling the best possible story in the most interesting way. His work has been described as dreamlike; "dark and beautiful with a wistful sense of place and time." After beginning his career as an art director Daniel has made the transition to directing, bringing his years of experience and aesthetic sensibilities to the directors chair, garnering several festival awards for his short film "The Nightingale" as well as winning best music video at the First Glance Film Festival for Mus Ok's Vacant Moon. His music video for the Danish artist Call me Kat's song "My Sea" was put in the permanent collection at the Cooper Design Center's Flux project in Los Angeles alongside work from such artists as Michel Gondry and Shepard Fairey. Now breaking into the commercial arena Daniel intends to bring the same rich, evocative and narrative driven content to the world of advertising.
